Tell your upline to get it. Tell every Amway staff member to get it. Make sure Doug & Dave get it!

And then make sure you all READ IT or LISTEN TO IT.

And all of that review is after I've only listened to half the book!

But every single thing in is so directly related to our business it's ridiculous. He explains exactly what we are all about and what we should be trying to do. He explains why we're not Walmart and don't want to be. He explains why not everyone wants to join Amway and why that's ok. He explains why few people who get involved with Amway will succeed, and that's just fine too. Heck, he even explains why many of the "systems" in the US have become stagnant.

and more and more and more and more ....

And that's just the first half of the book!

Now, if we can take the lessons from the book and start to apply them, and take advantage of the changes in the world around us - we'll be a 10 and 20 billion dollar business in no time.

Seriously! Get the book! Read it or listen to it!

Superseiyan, just read the book. And/or listen to it for free. Do you ask your upline for permission to go to the bathroom too? Sorry to seem snarky... my upline Crown Ambassador encourages me to read as widely as possible, and off-list, which I would do regardless. Trust me, do what IBOFB is telling you and get the free download via his post on same.

By the way, the book doesn't mention Amway Global by name, but as IBOFB says, everything is directly applicable to our business, especially where our business needs and must evolve to.

I have downloaded this book to my Ipod now and will listen to it asap.

It's my business so I decide what to listen to. My uplines can recomend me what to read/listen to, but not stop me from reading/listen to other books/CD's etc.

There's often discussion about "business owner thinking" and "employee thinking" with regards Amway success, and queries as to what's the difference.

I think this is a classic example.

"employee thinking" - my upline tells me what to do

"business owner thinking" - my upline gives me suggestions and I decide what to do

The ironic thing is that I'm sure sometimes the same upline can have different downline hearing them say the exact same thing but it's "heard" in the two different ways.

I have also downloded the book, and I have recomended my downlines to do the same, as a good coach!
But I can only hope they listen to it. They have to decide themself...
