My facts are correct, but what I neglected to mention was that Amway UK/ROI does not use the Amway Europe bonus scale. Amway India also doesn't have 3%

whatsgoingon wrote:Bonus chart in USA is diffeent to the Bonus chart in Australia, Bonus chart in Australia is different to the bonus chart in UK/ROI.etc etc. There is much more money in the plan in the USA...just look at the bonus chart. Even to qualify as platinum they only need to do 7500pv( 10000 pv in UK/ROI ).

Yup, the canadians yanks don't know how easy they've got it! And compare the SIP 50 yr bonuses -

2 yrs in-market North American Founders Diamond - $500,000 cash payment at the end of two years
2 yrs in-market European Founders Diamond (New Diamonds only!) - approx €20,000 over two years

Q-12 platinum bonus -
North America - approx $20,000
Europe - approx €8,500

You read that right - a 2 yr Founders Diamond bonus in Europe 2008/2009 gets only a bit more than a Founders Platinum gets for a 1yr bonus in North America. And don't forget cost of living is generally higher in Western Europe!

The difference for Platinas wasn't that big, but for Founders Diamonds the difference is over 20 times bigger in north America.

Is it discrimination of us outside north America or some natural explanation for this??

Nevertheless, is worth fighting for hi levels here in Europe also

well, to be fair it's the 50th anniversary in the US, not Europe! In theory the large Diamond bonuses won't be repeated.

I just attended our local Business Development Seminar where my sponsor/Q12 just returned from Achievers. Our Seminar was all about all the new bonuses & incentives available immediately! The afforementioned bnuses are absolutely correct. On top of sponsoring 3 150 pv frontline within 90days, (100personal & 50customer),& receiving a $200 bonus, the Upline Mentor (the next one upline who also is doing their 150pv), earns a $75 bonus! The qualified Upline Platinum earns a $100 bonus. The qualified Upline Emerald earns $75. And the qualified Upline Diamond earns $50 bonus. These bonuses are paid to the Upline mentor & above everytime this happens in their legs! These new bonuses are above and beyond the $50 1st 3 months @ 150pv bonus & the standard pv/bv & retail markup bonuses! Also, we learned of substantial price drops in product beginning in January & continuing on throughout the year! One example is the Nutrilite Rhodiola which will be priced @ nearly $5.00 less per bottle @ IBO cost! The retail prices may drop some too. But their strategy is to increase the retail markup to closer to 35%. As a result, some of the product lines (nutrilite,Artistry, etc.) will have a 2.9% pv/bv ratio! We are so excited & are convinced that Amway Global is "taking off the gloves" to be the #1 business opportunity on planet earth period!

Just a quick thing to note:

That $200 check, as well as all the other bonuses paid upline that stem from that $200 bonus, might not be paid for up to seven (7) months from when that new IBO registers because...

The new IBO has 90 calendar days to register those three (3) IBOs.

And then those three (3) IBOs have three (3) FULL months (so this could be as much as 119 days if someone is sponsored on, say the 3rd of the month, they have the remaining of that month plus three more months) to do 150 PV (with at least 50 PV being retail).

The new IBO ("New Balanced Sponsor") must do a minimum of 100 PV each month. And they must do 50 PV in retail (in addition to the 100 PV in personal use and/or retail) in the month of, or month prior to when their downline IBO qualifies for the $50 doing150PV (with at least 50PV being retail), to get the $200.

And their Sponsor or next qualifying Upline ("Upline Mentor") needs to continue to do THEIR 150 PV (with at least 50 PV being retail) that time to get their $75.

Plus the Platinum, Emerald, and Diamond also have to do 150 PV the same month the New Balanced Sponsor qualifies for their $200, to qualify for their $100-$75-$50 bonuses (though they don't have the 50 PV retail requirement, unless they also happen to be the "Upline Mentor" to get that $75 as well).

"150PV/50PV" is the term to mean 150 PV in personal volume, with a minimum of 50 PV being customer volume.

Thanks for clarifying further Bridgett. One other thing I learned is that the Q12 Emerald Bonus & the Q12 Diamond Bonus is going to be paid out annually. Instead of 2 years (Q24) for an Emerald to receive their 150K bonus, it can be paid out if they qualify for 1 year @ 75k. Likewise the Diamond bonus would be 250K per year. In just a couple of years, our annual income stats from new IBO to Founders Crown Ambassador & everything in between will be substantially higher!

Don't hold your breath   It's amazing these large sums are being paid out in America when most of the current growth is coming from other parts of the world - Yes I know the business started in America and the uplines track back to there - I wonder if there are any high pins around the world who would care to comment. :write: :write:

It's because we are spoiled Americans with lots of other ways, other than Amway, to make money here in the States (and in Canada).

That's one of the reasons Amway didn't grow so fast here in the UK/ROI we have so many other ways of making faster cash that we didn't look to long term incomes - before WGO retorts :) - some of us did but got cut off at the knees - so I think immediate income is important to people but they should have an eye to the future - stock & shares are not working at the minute for most ordinary Joes and it is a long road to recovery for the ordinary Joe.
Maybe this current world credit and cash crisis will reawaken the American giant. :D :D
