Winds of Change in Malaysia

This month saw some interesting developments in Malaysia which is typically a quiet market where the business and Amway products are well received by the public, This has been grounds for a consistently strong market with good growth over the years. Generally attributable to the strong retail culture resulting in profitable business. US styled "System" groups contribute to probably a small percentage of the national volume, compared to "home grown" groups.

Despite the small size.....some Diamonds have recently left N21.

Why haven't I gotten my bonus payment?

It is well after the 15th of April and I havent received a bonus payment for the month of March. I did 158 person PV, with 63 QCPV. When I check my bonus payment report under "Business Reports," I see an online check with the total amount I should receive, but haven't yet. Is there something I'm missing?

Switching LOA

A second note to my previous thread, how does one actually go about switching organisations that I am associated with? It is only still under consideration and not sure if it is wise to do so, but I feel like there is a bigger picture out there than sticking to one organisation's teachings.

We are all in the same business and a rising tide lifts all ships so I don't see why groups can't collaborate?

I wouldn't consider ever trying to transfer my LOS to have a different upline, but moving to a different organisation means that you're out there alone trying to get the knowledge and wisdom of bigger pins who don't actually have that vested interest in helping you to succeed. Can you just walk into a different organisation's meetings? If they ask you who's your upline diamond, they won't know who it is because that diamond isn't associated with them.

I'm sick of the curiousity approach and prefer not to use it myself, but I want to be where all the growth is happening to leverage off of it.

Hey everyone, long time reader, first time poster hehe.

So I'm writing this post because a few years back, I built the business to a level that I was definitely excited about, but it all became too much trying to build the business and work 3 jobs at the same time. I ended up burning out, moving away, and getting quite negative about everything in general for a while.

Fast forward 3 years or so, I'm back and trying to rebuild and have started going to my organisation's functions again. Now I look at the functions, and it definitely seems like my organisation has shrunk? Or at least here in Melbourne, that's the impression I get. Given all the positive energy I feel from the Amway company itself, I get the feeling Amway in Australia is growing, yet it doesn't seem to be flowing in my organisation.

Out of your most recent experiences, do you believe Amway is growing? And is there any particular organisation that is actually taking all that growth or is it more across the board? The big ones I know would be between TeamMak and N21 but I'm only privy to one side of the two so I'm getting curious about the other. I know that if I want to succeed, it is all up to me, but I always hear on the audios that you need to be with a team that is growing and I don't see it with this particular organisation at the moment.

What are your thoughts?

New Product Suggestions

Hi Folks!

I have a couple product ideas that I think would be great to see implanted.

I have several potential customers that would like to get some liquid foaming hand soap from me but Amway doesn't make it. . .yet.

I another suggestion is to add watermelon as one of the flavors for some of the sports nutrition line, like protein powder, energy chews, and other drink mixes.

One complaint I have had with some of the more health conscious customers is the fact that Nutrilite and XS Energy uses sucralose instead of stevia for sweetener. I, too, have done a decent amount of research on sucralose and realize that it is not healthy by any means. Yes, it may have no calories to speak of but the long term affects are negative, especially to your offspring. So, does anyone know of this being changed or worked on?

I would like some feedback on these ideas and if you have some other products you would like to see Amway sell, please share.

It's now official, Dean and Marcie Whalen in Edmonton, Alberta are now Diamonds in the World Wide Dreambuilders LOA in the Amway business.

I believe it's been 6-7 years since WWDB has had a new Diamond and this is pretty awesome news. Word on the street is in a year and with their current business they will be founders Diamonds next year this time. They would be the first to do that since Brad and Julie Duncan went Founders Diamond.

Someone called me from amway and said someone referred me to them but they couldnt tell me exactly who. I told her I was interested in this marketing oppurtunity and she said she would call me back within 24 hours if I had been selected and that this was just the screening. Was told that her boss was looking for someone with good work ethic and someone that was teachable. She was very vague as to what exactly she was calling about.

Still confused as to what amway is and was wondering if someone could give me some insight.
