Michael Coldwell for a day
#1
If you were the boss at Castle Hill for a day, what one change would you make to the business ?

Personally, I would make the bonus scale look like this

6000.........21%
4000.........18%
3000.........15%
2000.........12%
800..........9%
300..........6%
100..........3%

We need to give prospective IBO's the incentive to look at the business and think its "do-able".

BTW it was 6000 for 21% in 1992.

Be interesting to hear others suggestions

interesting... what would it change?? wouldn't the dollars paid out be less because there will be less BV, so you will make $3000 at 21% instead of $5000.

An IBO at 6000PV would earn an extra 3% plus qualify for ALS and the new Platinum money.

It would also encourage people because Silver would be closer.

true.. that would make sense, i guess it may also make it slightly easier to stay qualifies as a platinum..

One thing our business lacks I think is protection for the IBO. Amway can make changes at will and that luxury is not afforded the field.

We need a voice. A real voice. One where Amway must get our approval before any changes are made.

If I were MC I would put in place a board representative of all systems in Australia.....Diamonds and above.

Its not a new idea but we thought we had this in the IBOAI. And it turned out to simply not be true.

there was a discussion on the now lost TTAA regarding a similar IBOAI board in Auzzie, they had a web site, and other information. I will see what I can dig up upon it.

Try the web site:

http://www.iboaa.com/

There is info on there and a PDF download.

It is out of date a bit, so I would be very interested to hear your comments after you have asked your upline Q12 (or whatever) about it.

PV is an inflation measure. I would think that the more products are introduced the weaker the value of PV will be. It's like the reserve bank issuing more notes. Bear in mind PV fluctuates too based on the product and demand; when there is weak demand sometimes they have promotions and PV uplift.

Depending on how you structure your teams, there should be specialists who focus solely on product sales so I don't see what the issue would be with attaining the 7500PV. Especially with Big Ticket Items.
