How do people explain to prospects that Zac does not make a profit from his initial purchase unless he has spent £100 UK?

This is an ongoing issue - Profit or rebate not being paid on all purchases - In any other direct selling business profit is paid from the first pound/euro - It need looking at again AMWAY

Exactly right RW1.

For those of you who have not seen the equivalent Zac Au here is the Australian version.

You will immediately see the differences between them.

I will go as far to say that I think the version we have now, post Court Case, can be more likened to an illegal Pyramid Scheme, because people are being recruited to purchase products at retail price where they do not achieve the 25% CVR and the people that recruited them are obtaining the product at a cheaper price if their monthly cumulative orders qualify for a CVR.

This means that ABO's are making money from the people in their organisation if they supply the products to their downline.
In the original Amway sales and Marketing Plan this did not happen as everyone paid wholesale price and the only way money was made through the downline was in the performance bonus paid by Amway.

sq1 - A little OTT but I know what you meanConfused

RW1 I am interested to hear why you think my observations are as you say are OTT.
Do you agree that the facts I have given are an accurate account of what Is a possible method of abuse of the plan that we have to work with.

Hi sq1 - ABO's do not supply their downline - they can do a split order so the volume goes through the downline number.
We are now operating an amended plan - which I feel needs changes - none greater than the rebate / profit on all purchases.

RW1 I am going to continue this discussion on the thread "Business Renewals" as this is where this is going and we are getting away from Zac.Idea
