Can someone explain how this can happen when Amway Support Meetings Policy Legal Document ( see downloadable PDF file in Amway library https://www.amway.co.uk/_fileserver/item/11795 )
Clearly states that meeting prices must not exceed £8 / 12Euros. :dontknow:  :nono: :banghead:

Another visit from DBERR might be pending

I'm guessing it's quite simple - Network TwentyOne is not an ABO.

Why? As Justice Norris noted in his judgement, the case wasn't about BSM.

It was Amway that shut down BSM primarily as a tactic to calm BERR, as they actually had little idea what BERR was complaining about and wanted to cover all bases. Amway actually had no legal right to tell BSM companies to stop offering services to ABO in the first place. I'd be extremely surprised if the current N21 UK revival doesn't have the blessing of Amway though.

I have had a look at the N21 link can't see any mention of Amway - I don't have an issue as long as the event is Amway Approved and the rules are followed - I haven't gone through the last few years to have BSM come back in through the back door. What I want to know is if they are selling CDs Books and other material that is outside the current rules of Amway. Also we should know if these events are Amway approved. I can run an event over here in Ireland or in the UK but I have to submit the event for approval and also have to account for the money and make sure any profit earned is dealt with in accordence with Amway Policy - I am looking for clarity on this and will follow it up to make sure everything is above board.

You can buy CD,Books etc from many companies right now, from amazon.co.uk to nightingale-conant to networking university. None of this is "back door"?

And again - "the last few years" had little to do with BSM - the BERR case was about IBOs exaggerating the business opportunity potential and Amway not monitoring it or doing anything to stop it.

That's a bit rich and you know it - what we are talking about here is targeted sales of BSMs to ABOs who often feel under pressure to conform to be part of the group. Whether or not the last few years had anything to do with BSMs we are talking about what the current rules are and are they being broken or bent or stretched.
