Vitamin D

Postby superseiyan » Wed Jan 06, 2010 9:28 pm

Seems to be a major release.

Probably up there with Double X, AntiOxidant and Omega 3 in terms of importance and the number of profiles of people that'd need it?

Somewhat related, I've been reading a lot of diet and the body recently and seems that many of the problems of healthcare, degenerative disease and prespcriptions would be solved with proper diet, reduction of stress, and moderate exercising.

Sounds easy enough doesn't it?
But somehow life gets in the way and we ignore these basic practices.

Yes, the research on the importance of Vitamin D is getting stronger and stronger. It seems every cell in the body has receptors for it, so even though we don't quite know what it does in all of them, they seem to need it.

In today's world of working indoors, avoiding skin cancer, and eating less fatty fish Vitamin D deficiency or depletion is becoming a significant problem, particularly for anyone north (or south) of about 40 degrees latitude.

Gotta love Nutrilite! Always on top of the latest.

They've obviously been working on it behind the scenes, and as you say now there's increased chatter about it.

Are you getting it in your market?

Related story in the British Medical Journal, as this front page story in one of the UK's daily newspapers :

Don't suppose we'll be getting it added to the UK/ROI Nutrilite range anytime soon
