Most use basic cell phones for business purposes. But many of the distributors enthusiastically backed the idea of moving to the iPhone.

The response, says Peterson, was "overwhelmingly positive."

Oh, so that's what the survey was for...does this mean I'll be one of 150 IBOs to try out the new phone and application? Pretty please with sugar on top.

Thanks to all the folk who emailed me the link!

Not much at all to do with Amway, though a few classic misconceptions there. I'm not sure whether there's any value entering the fray in the comments or not.

If anything, this underlines the case for Amway insisting on authentic retailing as a major part of any Amway business, the FTC's flexibility around self consumption not withstanding.

Nothing in this article that chokes my approach to building this business, however. :)

All in all, it seems a pretty good article for Woodward. You can't expect the main stream media to take a very positive view of the mlm industry. This seems be be pretty much down the middle.

They may be published as early as tomorrow (July 25). If anyone sees them, let me know!

Whether they're positive, negative, or neutral is yet to be seen. Given the focus of the Forbes article it wouldn't surprise me if it had somehow been instigated from the Team side, so it's likely to be biased in that direction.

Now you know. :)

So tell me again what Amway's "rules" were for updating their Alticor Media Blog.

You have said that the reason they never responded on Alticor Blog to the thumping they have been getting in every US court is because it they only respond to stories that are in the "media."

Well this story qualifies as being "in the media."

So what is your prediction as to whether they will update their blog that has been frozen in time for the last four months and comment on this story?

It's not really an Amway story, so I doubt there will be any response.

I also doubt that there will be a response. (but for other reasons)

Well what's there to say unless they wanted to use it as an opportunity to attack Woodward?

The Alticor Media Blog would never do something like that. gasp! How could you even suggest such a thing?

I thought you'd say that :D
